Wiyak For Delivery of Consumables ("us", "we", or "our", or “Wiyak”) collects information about you when you use our Platform (defined as mobile application and website), and other products and services (the "Service"). The
primary purpose for which we collect your personal information is to provide you with the services you have requested. You agree we may use and disclose your personal information and other data for this purpose and also
your personal information, the extent to which your personal information may be disclosed to overseas recipients and how to access, correct or complain about the handling of your personal information.

The personal information that you are asked to provide, and the reasons why you are asked to provide it, will be made clear to you at the point we ask you to provide your personal information.
Personal information collected by Wiyak includes the following:
Contact information which may include name, company name, address, email address and mobile phone number;
User IDs and passwords;
Services provided to you, including saved items and searches;
Your public social profile information (e.g. name, profile picture) together with the email address you use to log into your social media account;
If you participate in any surveys we, or a third party service provider acting on our behalf, may conduct from time to time, personal information relating to your survey responses;
If you are applying for employment with us, personal information that is relevant to such employment;
Information obtained as a result of your use of our mobile website or application such as geo-locations and unique device identifiers;
If you are using an Android device, advertising-specific device identifiers (if you opt-out of ad tracking, you may reset the advertising-specific device identifiers to disassociate the device from re-marketing data

If you are using an Apple device, you’re Advertising Identifier.
Wiyak does not collect sensitive information as defined in the Privacy Act, such as racial or ethnicity information, political opinions or associations, criminal records (save where provided by law enforcement authorities)
or health information. However, subject to obtaining your prior consent, Wiyak may collect sensitive information from you in the course of considering an application for employment.
How is my personal information collected?
Wiyak collects personal information in a number of ways, including:
Directly from you when you provide information directly to Wiyak through our Platform; when you subscribe to a newsletter or any alerts; when you enter a competition or promotion conducted by Wiyak, or in a contract
with your business to provide you with our services;
Directly from you when you communicate with Wiyak
Social networks where you choose to share that information when creating an account;
From 3rd party data providers and other entities where you have directed or otherwise consented to the collecting entity (or a service provider on its behalf) sending us data;

To promote and market special offers and other services to you (if you do not want to receive these, please use the unsubscribe facility in a direct marketing communication sent to you);

For the purposes of communicating with you, either directly or through one of our partners, including for customer service, to provide you with updates and other information related to our Platform, and for marketing
and promotional purposes
We may collect information that your mobile device sends whenever you use our Service or when you access the Service by or through a browser. We follow a standard procedure of using log files. These files log visitors when
they use our Service. The information collected by log files include internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, Internet Service Provider (ISP), SMS data, transaction information, date and time stamp, referring/exit
pages, and possibly the number of clicks. These are not linked to any information that is personally identifiable.
When accessing our Platform, specifically the Wiyak application, we may request permission to collect your location from your device via the permission system used by your mobile operating system. If you consent to the collection
of this information, you can later disable it by changing the location settings on your mobile device. However, this may limit your ability to use certain features of our services
We use GPS technology to determine your current location as well as the location of our drivers to make it easier to get a ride whenever you need one. Location data helps improve our services, including pick up times, drop
off times, navigation, and customer support.
Specifically, Wiyak collects location data when the app is running in the foreground (app open and on-screen) or background (app open but not on-screen) of your mobile device. Wiyak collects this data from the time a ride is
requested until it is finished. We use this data to enhance your experience on our Platform as well as our Service, enable safety features, and prevent and detect fraud.
Notifications: account and trip updates
With your permission, we use push notifications to keep you informed on your journeys (i.e. trip accepted, driver arrived, en-route, and trip completed) as well as any new promotions or offers that we may have. That said, you
have the choice to either enable or disallow such collections through the settings on your mobile device.
SMS and Call log permissions
We use SMS based OTP verification codes for account creation or log-ins for security and safety purposes.
We provide online payment services within the Service. In that case, we use third-party services for payment processing. The information collected for this purpose is provided directly to our third-party payment processors
like Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover and other similar services/brands.
We do not knowingly collect any Personal Identifiable Information from children under the age of 18. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with Personal Data, please contact us. If
we become aware that we have collected Personal Data from children without verification of parental consent, we take steps to remove that information from our servers.
How is my information protected?
Wiyak takes reasonable steps to protect personal information collected from misuse, loss, unauthorized access, modifications or disclosure.

If you choose not to provide personal information when requested, Wiyak may not be able to provide you with the full range of our services.
